Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the RedRook desktop application (the “app”) and the RedRook license service at https://redrook.app (the “service”). RedRook is operated by its author; contact: @chelovek86. By paying for a license or using the app you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

1. What you get

• A license key (STK-…) for one computer for the paid period (1, 3 or 12 months) with the plan and add-ons you selected. What is included is shown on the order page and in your account.
• The license is an online lease: the app renews it in the background every few hours. Without a connection to the service the app keeps working for up to 7 days.
• To move the license to another computer, unlink the old one in your account or in the app.
• Updates of the app are included while the license is active.
• Trial: 14 days with all modules, once per computer, with a Telegram handle or e-mail.
• Free mode: without a key or a time limit — charts and order book, one screener, one window, Binance and Bybit, in-app alerts, paper trading. Live trading and other features require a license.

2. Payment

• Prices are in US dollars; payment is in USDT (TRC20 or BEP20) through NOWPayments. The invoice amount is fixed for the lifetime of the invoice.
• The key is issued after the network confirms the payment. Send the exact amount: a smaller amount is not credited automatically and is resolved manually; an overpayment extends the term proportionally.
• There is no auto-renewal: each period is paid separately. A renewal is added to the current end date.
• Network fees and exchange fees of your wallet are paid by you.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep the license key secret — it works like a password. Do not share, resell or publish it.
• Do not attempt to bypass the license check, modify the app to unlock paid features, or overload the service.
• Exchange API keys, orders and trades are yours: the app sends orders directly to the exchange with your keys. You are responsible for the settings, risk limits and the actions you take.

4. Not investment advice

Trading crypto assets is risky and you can lose all the money you trade. RedRook is a tool: screeners, signals, alerts, the AI assistant and any other output of the app are not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell. Start with the paper account.

5. Third-party services

The app works with exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, MEXC, Bitget, Hyperliquid, Deribit and others), brokers you connect, DNS-over-HTTPS resolvers, AI providers (only with your own key) and Telegram (only with your own bot). Their availability, rules and API changes are outside our control; a feature that depends on them may stop working until the app is updated.

6. Availability and warranty

The app and the service are provided “as is”. We fix bugs and keep the service running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data or a particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profit or indirect damages; in any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current license period.

7. Suspension and revocation

We may suspend or revoke a license for sharing or reselling the key, attempts to bypass the license, abuse of the service or fraudulent payments. Where possible we contact you first via the contact from your order.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version date is at the top. Changes apply to new payments; the period you have already paid for keeps the terms in force at the time of payment.
